Van Oord Offshore is awarded by Phillips 66 for the installation of 4km of 20inch pipeline, PLEM and a monobouy in the United Kingdom. 

The monobouy, owned by Phillips66, is equipped with a fixed dive platform. An audit (IMCA D023) is performed to assist Van Oord Offshore and the dive subcontractor Hughes.
