S-Oil SPM Construction – Pipelay Project

 

Van Oord Offshore is awarded by DAEWOO for the installation of 3km of 42inch pipeline and a PLEM in South-Korea. 

The shallow water pipelay barge ‘Stingray’ is used to execute the scope.

Delivering subsea intervention management for Van Oord Offshore. Commercial dive techniques were used to complete the installation of a 42inch spool.

The delivered assistance includes:

  • Managing the dive subcontractor;
  • Developing pre-commissioning procedures;
  • Representative during offshore installation.
